Position Summary

The Department of Pathology and Anatomical Sciences at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, SUNY at Buffalo, is seeking a GYN Pathologist to join the team.

Candidates will be required to perform all the duties of an attending pathologist which include:
  • General and subspecialty pathology
  • Gynecologic pathology
  • Select areas of laboratory medicine
  • Autopsy pathology
  • Interest and/or experience in GYN is desirable
Pathologists additionally attend and participate in:
  • Tumor boards
  • Clinical pathology activities
  • Residency teaching, and
  • Medical/Dental undergraduate educational teaching

Minimum Qualifications

MD, DO, and equivalent Board certified or Board eligible


Preferred Qualifications

MD; AP/CP board certified; Fellowship training in renal pathology
