The Department of Medicine at the University of Buffalo is seeking a Postdoctoral Associate. Our lab studies the epigenetic mechanisms of resistance to receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors (RTKIs) in renal cell carcinoma.

This position is to:
  • Investigate the role of the histone modifier EZH2 and the androgen receptor (AR) in modulating drug resistance to RTKIs both in preclinical models and patients.
  • Investigate the role of dietary changes in reducing toxicities and increasing antitumor response of targeted therapies.
