The Anesthesiology Department is excited to offer a collaborative Advanced Airway/Otorhinolaryngology Fellowship.

Presently the only advanced airway fellowship on the East Coast, we are proud to offer a comprehensive case mix, including Bariatrics, Oromaxillofacial, Thoracic, Plastics, Pediatrics and Otorhinolaryngology. Rotations with Otorhinolaryngology, Sleep Medicine and Interventional Pulmonology complete the experience.

The Fellow will participate in Fellows College, a unique educational experience designed to immerse the Fellow in Grand Rounds, Journal Club, teaching experiences with both medical student and residents and the development and production of an Internal Review Board publication.

The Fellow will attend two national meetings associated with airway management and become a member of the Society of Airway Management and the Society of Head and Neck Anesthesia.

At the conclusion of the year, the Fellow will be an expert consult in complex airway management with a command of sub-specialty services and their implications in difficult airway management.

The Fellowship is open to candidates who have successfully completed residency training in anesthesiology training programs and who are board eligible or certified in anesthesiology.

VERY COMPETITIVE SALARY: $67,500K – $100,000K

  • GENERAL POLICY:
