Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Applicants must have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent degree. American Board of Pathology certification or eligibility is required in Anatomic Pathology or Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. American Board of Pathology certification or eligibility in Pediatric Pathology is required. Eligibility for licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is required.

Teaching responsibilities may include teaching and mentoring of medical students, residents, and fellows.

Clinical responsibilities may include regular participation in the Surgical Pathology, GI, Consultation, Perinatal, and Autopsy services and on call rotation.

The position will be based within the Division of Anatomic Pathology at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
