Position Summary

The Department of Pathology and Anatomical Sciences at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, SUNY at Buffalo, is seeking a Renal Pathologist to join the team.

Candidate will be required to perform all the duties of an attending pathologists which include:
  • General and subspecialty pathology
  • Renal pathology
  • Autopsy pathology
  • Select areas of laboratory medicine
  • Frozen sections
  • Fellowship training in Renal Pathology is desirable
Pathologists additionally attend and actively participate in:
  • Tumor board
  • Residency teaching and oversight
  • Medical/Dental undergraduate educational teaching

Minimum Qualifications

MD, DO, and equivalent Board certified or Board eligible


Preferred Qualifications

MD; AP/CP board certified; Fellowship training in renal pathology
