During pediatric cardiology fellowship, Dr. Boucek began to focus her research on pediatric interventional cardiology, as this became her primary clinical interest and career path. She completed a master’s degree in clinical science investigation during her fellowship to further her research career and academic focus on clinical and outcomes research in pediatric and adult interventional cardiology.
