Dr. Wang is an Assistant Professor of Radiology with over 10 years of experience in magnetic resonance including MRI and NMR. He focuses on developing novel quantitative MRI techniques and analysis methods in both musculoskeletal system and central nervous system (CNS) of the brain. Current research interests and tools:
1. Compressed sensing MRI imaging reconstruction and analysis methods
2. High spatial and angular resolution diffusion magnetic resonance histology
3. Probing tissue microstructure using diffusion MRI
4. Appling Quantitative susceptibility mapping (QSM) for brain diseases
5. Detect early degradation of articular cartilage using innovative MRI methods, such as dGEMRIC, Double quantum filtering, UTE, and spin-lock
