Expertise: My research interests include women's health, healthcare communication, health literacy, and access to care. In addition to practicing midwifery, I am also an adjunct faculty of both Stony Brook University and Rochester Institute of Technology, where I help to grow future midwives and medically specialized sign language interpreters.
