Dr. Kaproth-Joslin's has a special interest in the congenital imaging of the heart involving both the pediatric and adult populations, including the optimization of CT and MR imaging for these patients. In addition, she has an academic focus on resident education in the field of radiology, both with regards to teaching cardiothoracic imaging as well as improving the structure and methodolgy of radiology education in academic medicine.
