Rob's research interests lie in examining the professionalisation of health and social care workers and the impact of existing professional structures and practices on equality of access to training and the variance of experience for minority groups.
He has an interest in the role technology plays in defining organisational priorities in the delivery of social care services and how systems can support rather than restrict practice in the social care sector and their ability to widen access and reduce stigma.
