Research interests include the diagnosis and management of fatty liver disease, hepatitis B and C, and liver transplantation. She is currently participating in several research trials for patients with end-stage liver disease or recurrent hepatitis C after liver transplantation. As the associate program director of the ACGME-accredited transplant hepatology fellowship, she is directly involved in the development and execution of the hepatology curriculum for gastroenterology and hepatology fellows.
